About Me

Alex Narduzzi

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with over 6 years of experience supporting children, teens, young adults and families. I work with children (ages 10+), teens, and young adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotion regulation, self-esteem, school stress, and relationship challenges. I also support young people identifying as LGBTQ+ and offer sessions for parents and caregivers to help strengthen family relationships.

My Approach

My approach begins with building a genuine connection and understanding where you are now and what you're facing. From there, we work together to identify goals that matter to you and take steps toward meaningful, lasting change.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and strengths.
I strive to create a space where young people feel seen, heard, and free to be themselves. My training and experience allow me to support you in building healthy coping skills, increasing resilience, and navigating the complexities of growing up.
